Another window display in Cuernavaca. There, you find stores in the most unlikely places.

I didn't realize when I capture this image that there were so many wires floating around. Electricity, not an old concept in this town.

How about this as an entrance to your house. Not everyone goes through a tunnel to come home except maybe Batman and the Lone Ranger.

Here is another image of a street in Taxco, Guerrero. The streets are so small that bugs are the car of choice and this is how they park. If you ask me, that's a little too close for comfort.

I like this shot because it's simple. It's like once you cross that door all the memories appear.

Exterminador (exterminator) is a popular group of Mexican music and usually fills up the venues where they play. We were in Mexico the last week of May and first week of June and yet this wall's advertisement indicates that Exterminador will be there in October. That's what I call a heads up.

Most of us hear the word adobe everyday as we go into our computers and launch our adobe readers. This image shows how they use adobe in Mexico.

You must not for one instant give up the effort to build new lives for yourselves. Creativity means to push open the heavy, groaning doorway to life. This is not an easy struggle. Indeed, it may be the most difficult task in the world, for opening. Daisaku Ikeda

Back in the day, when we were living in Mexico we too had one of this. All of our clothes were washed there by hand. Our first clothes washing machine came much later. When we first moved to the US we did all of our washing at a public laundermat.
