I wanted something special for my 1000th post and it didn't take me long to know what I wanted.

This image is still in the same tour of the previous ones. The graffiti caught my eye because for a moment there I thought it spelled "JOSE".

And he huffed and he puffed but he couldn't blow the house down.
And just across the way from the house on the previous post you find this house, just as pretty but yet so different.

So it is obvious that keeping with the historical format was not in this home owner's plan. This house look more like a house out of the movie "Can In The Hat" that a house that belongs in a line up of historical houses. Either way, I think it's pretty awesome.

I had to go pick a box for my brother in law and on the way back instead of jumping on the freeway I took the streets. Driving through The Historical Phoenix District I captured a few good images, even though the sun was right on top of me and it created the worse shadows for photo taking. Anyway I'll be posting this week some of those old houses and buildings I saw.

Another image of my sisters awesome backyard in La Puente, California. Chris tells me this is a plumeria so I'll take her work for it.

Every night about four and sometimes five of these little critters come to visit. I don't know that they are albino but they certainly are clear.
