Arizona - But It's a Dry Heat!

Please send me a dozen of these trees to plant along my street here in Phoenix. I need some of this color.

I really like these trees and I have forgotten what they are called. Something to do with Myrtle. There are a lot of them up in Boise, where my son lives.

Hi there..just wanted to say Aloha! That tree (I believe)is a dwarf Crape Myrtle. I have one that is maybe more purple..you probably don't care about that-ha. Anyway, I was able to visit Arizona a few times when I went back to visit my boys. They lived there for a period of about seven years but are back. I loved the climate and that dry heat you speak of. It is intense but resembles (looks at times)like Kona- the dryer side of this Island. Anyway, I haven't posted anything new? I like your hat on the tree too- Have a good day over there-
