Arizona - But It's a Dry Heat!

I have been slow with the camera these days and I just haven't been any place new. Therefore I present to you this image that I had already posted before. This spectacular sunset was captured during our trip to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point)in Mexico in the summer of 2007. To date it's one of my favorite images.

BTW ~~ have seen the cactus in the store, but have never tasted it. Do you make soup, or how do you fix it??
